Authoring, Writing and Book Publishing Tips

It’s the weekly blog grind and you are wondering … What? What I’m I going to write about? If you are stomped for what to write in your blog, here are 6 quick tips to create the goose that just might lay the golden egg for authors.

How about:
1  The progress you are making on your book marketing (the good,  the bad, even the ugly).

Another blog you read that you totally agreed with OR disagreed and then link and make a few comments as to why.

3  Practice going “short” … Seth Godin rarely has a blog over a few paragraphs.

Revisit old blogs and repurpose them.

5  Do you have an article that you have already written that you can cut up? Make two or three (or more) short blogs with just a few minor tweaks as in Intro and Exit/Call to Action.

6  Randomly open your book (or a chapter you are working on) and let your eyes drop in. What jumps out? Create “something” with it as the seed.
