Knowing our rights and when to call an attorney is important as an author, publisher, vendor, and as a person. Many times we don’t understand how to read a contract and negotiate the details; use our own or others’ materials (think, pictures, diaries, etc.); and use copyrights or trademarks in our books, blog posts, and social media postings. This morning will provide a practical approach that can save you a lot of money, time and aggravation. We will use real case studies. Please bring your own and your questions.

  • Nick Zelinger, Another Nightmare Gig from Hell (Brag: ) Featured Author of the Month Nick will share his trials, tribulations, funny and outrageous adventures as a musician and songwriter. Some didn’t make it into his book for reasons he will be sharing! Nick is a successful graphic designer, specializing in book design and production.
